Hello and Happy Thursday Night to all! Hope you have had a great week and are ready for Friday. Let’s jump into it.

SO much going on in my brain right now. From dealing with a finance company who I used to purchase a 3D printer 2 months ago – that still has not arrived – as well as dealing with that company for the last 2 months to try and get a status on it (have not been able to speak with anyone since the end of December), working on some clocks, making some new designs, dealing with the VA about my issues (we all know how annoying and incredibly time consuming that endeavor is), and course all of the research I do on various topics. So yeah, a lot going on in my brain, hard to turn it off. Yet somehow, even with such an active and busy brain, I still find time (unfortunately) to slip into the darkness. Those are the times I tend to pull away from people and dive into whatever project I am working on – full force – all while being in my head. I know there are a whole lot of you out there that can understand how that goes.

By the way, a bit of a tangent here, but wow, y’all gotta try herbal medicine – if you haven’t already. By herbal medicine, I mean actual herbs, nothing to do with Pharma. I got a book called “The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies” by Nicole Apelian, Ph.D, and Claude Davis. What an absolutely incredible find that was. A friend of mine actually put me on to it, and I am incredibly glad that she did. Such a wealth of information, great knowledge, and things that will actually help you out! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Anyway, back to it. So somehow we gotta figure out a way to start decreasing the Veteran Suicide numbers. They are currently (since 2013) averaging a rise of roughly 15% per year, no wonder we have doubled the number in 10 years, that is NOT a good doubling, but we all know that. We gotta do what we can to start those numbers heading down to zero. Share this blog with everyone you know. Not just the Veterans you know, or the Veteran families you know, but every single person you know out there. I do this to bring a light to this very dark battle that we fight, to bring awareness to this battle we face silently, so that others may learn the truth about it – amidst all the BS lies that are out there. Just remember, we might be tattered from the battles we have faced, but when we come together as one, there is nothing in the world that can stop us. UNITED NOT DIVIDED!

So on that note, I look forward to talking with y’all again tomorrow. As always, I love every one of y’all, especially my fellow Vets, if ANY of my fellow Vets need someone to talk to, please reach out to me, I am ALWAYS here for you. Just remember – YOU ARE LOVED, TOMORROW NEEDS YOU, WE NEED YOU, WE LOVE YOU!

IF YOU ARE A VETERAN WHO NEEDS HELP, YOU ARE NOT ALONE – YOU ARE LOVED – YOU ARE NEEDED!
