Good Evening to every single one of you beautiful people. I hope you had a great weekend, and I hope your Monday is treating you well. There is a whole lot on my heart regarding the topic of todays blog, so we are just going to jump right into the thick of it.
So I have been wondering, why Christians have been getting attacked relentlessly, making them out to be the “bad guy” and making it seem like they hate the world, because that doesn’t make any sense to me (we will dig more into that portion here in a little bit). So to answer that, I have spent time in prayer, spent time in His word (got myself the 1560 edition of the Geneva Bible), spent time using my critical thinking skills, meditating on Yahweh and seeking His wisdom, needless to say I got the answer. This answer goes way more in-depth than just the usual “Satan is attacking us” (or something along those lines) that you would normally hear from a majority of people, to include pastors. No, this goes much much deeper. So the answer I got goes back to something I have discussed in previous posts, the church has lost their way. Now let me dig into that more so it will make more sense. The church as a whole, in todays society, does not have their focus on Yahweh. There are churches out there focusing more on all the “woke” agendas that are being pushed into every aspect of society, there are churches that are more focused on the building they are in – by this I am not referring to important fixes that need to happen – I am referring to the millions and millions of tithe money being spent on multimedia/building upgrades/expansions/etc, there are churches out here focused on paying their pastors an EXHORBITANT salary, and the list goes on. NOW that being said, there are really good people in every church, and the churches do good things in their communities and the world as a whole, I just feel that as a whole they have lost their way and are not focused on what they should be focusing on. Now we will into the next part of the answer.
Yahweh commanded us to love one another. His love is selfless, gracious, abundant, overwhelming, never ending, and unconditional. His heart is big, his love flows freely. It is something that we are not used to, it is sometimes hard for us to grasp, something hard for us to understand, and it is the greatest thing in the world. He knew us before we were born, he knows everything we will do in our life, and he forgave us of our sins before we even existed. We feel and think that we are not worthy of that kind of Love, but he found favor in us and found us worthy enough of forgiveness that he sent his only begotten Son – Yeshua – down to earth as a sacrifice so that our sins would be forgiven, so that we may spend Eternity in Heaven with Him, all we have to do is ask for forgiveness and accept Yeshua into our hearts. We might get overwhelmed emotionally when we sit down and think about the Love that Yahweh has for us, because it is hard to fathom, because the love we have experienced from others always typically has strings attached, or is used in a way for personal gain in some form or fashion. We are not used to completely selfless and unconditional love.
So I am gonna have to go into the rest of this tomorrow, because I have a whole lot more to dig into on this topic. A whole lot more on my heart that I will need to expand on. Just remember – LOVE ONE ANOTHER – UNCONDITIONALLY AND SELFLESSLY. He is in us, therefore we can love like HIM (will expand on that tomorrow too).
